We're looking for a caring, responsible babysitter for our 17-month-old daughter twice a month. We'd love to find someone to become part of our family's routine. What we're looking for: - Schedule: Twice a month (flexible). We'll give 1 week to 10 days' notice, but we're open to a set schedule if that works better for you. - Experience: A couple of years is preferred, but the right fit matters most. - Long-Term Potential: We'd love to build a lasting relationship. In the future, there may be travel opportunities, but only after a strong bond is established. We're a progressive, inclusive family who values kindness and treating others the way we'd like to be treated. Our daughter, I , loves puzzles, books, and outdoor play. We also have two dogs: our laid-back 14-year-old Lab, and our playful 8-year-old mutt.
