Nanny Needed For 8 Year Old Boy

Hello, I'm a 33-year-old mom who often travels for work. I am looking for a nanny that could drop my son off at schools, pick him up from school, and keep him overnight. I will be out of town 3-5 days at a time and home on weekends. Estimated time out of town is about 15 days a month depending on the month. I am interested in someone watching my son in their home so this is good for someone who has another kid or a couple of kids around his age.
