About the job
My daughter would need picked up from school about 3 Mon-Fri. Mon and Wed she would need to get prepped for gymnastics. Mon and Tues my son may need to be watched depending on grandma's schedule, but he still can tag along with her with little to no complaints, but that would change in the summer. Long-term would be full time in summer. We have a full backyard with all the activities, trampoline, swings, creek, etc. My kids are very have on and live to do activities outside and they THRIVE off a schedule. I do work from home everyday so I will be around if needed, but the kids usually prefer to leave them be, possibly to keep the structure?
