Nanny Needed For My Children In Cincinnati.

My daughter would need picked up from school about 3 Mon-Fri. Mon and Wed she would need to get prepped for gymnastics (snack, ponytail, and leo). Mon and Tues my son may need to be watched depending on grandma's schedule, but he still can tag along with her with little to no complaints, but that would change in the summer. Long-term would be summer. We have a full backyard with all the activities and my parents have a pool that is open every day for the kids to use (it's about a 20 min drive) and I could bring them there in the AM and you could just have a swim day (my parents would also be bopping around but they are retired and usually are sitting on the deck). I do work from home everyday so I will be around if needed, but the kids usually prefer to leave them be, possibly to keep the structure? Or I just kill their vibe!
