Position Overview: The Calvary Academy Childcare and Preschool, a 5-Star Gold Award center, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Lead Infant Teacher to provide nurturing care for infants in a safe, loving, and faith-inspired environment. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering growth and making a meaningful impact in the lives of infants and their families. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving care, including feeding, diapering, and monitoring naps. Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support learning, creativity, and Christian values. Encourage active participation through play, songs, stories, and hands-on activities to inspire curiosity and growth. Provide attentive supervision to maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom environment. Support daily routines, including meals, rest time, and transitions, ensuring smooth and consistent schedules for infants. Build strong, supportive relationships with staff and parents, sharing updates in person and through the Procare app (training provided). Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space that fosters development and exploration. Be comfortable working at child-level and able to lift up to 30 pounds as part of daily tasks.
