The Calvary Academy Childcare and Preschool is a 5 Star Gold Awarded Christian childcare center dedicated to providing a nurturing, faith-based environment for children to grow and thrive. We are seeking a dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support learning, creativity, and Christian values. Encourage active participation through play, songs, stories, and hands-on activities to inspire curiosity and growth. Provide attentive supervision to maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom environment. Support daily routines, including meals, rest time, and transitions, ensuring smooth and consistent schedules for children. Build strong, supportive relationships with staff and parents, sharing updates in person and through the Procare app (training provided). Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space that fosters learning and development. Be comfortable working at child-level and able to lift up to 30 pounds.
