Nanny Wanted For 3-Month-Old

We are seeking a caring and reliable nanny to join our family! We have a newborn son and a spirited 3-year-old daughter. We need someone dedicated to help us 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) - responsibilities will involve caring for our infant and light housekeeping/children's laundry. My daughter (age 4) attends school and may need care on days she's off, but we will compensate more for that time. Prefer someone who will stay on long-term. We live in Blue Ash, but looking to move to Mason next year. My husband and I are both professionals; I am a physician, and he is a business owner. We value a supportive, nurturing environment for our children.
