My wife and I are looking for a nanny who is experienced with infants, as our son is 6-months. I work from home, so I'd be in home with you as well; however, we truly want to find someone we can grow to love like family. While we understand the rate isn't the best, we are willing to pay a starting bonus of $300 and I am willing to do a test week for $450. Our goal is to find someone who is even keeled, can thrive in baby chaos, open/transparent, and can help us balance. We do have a small pup who is all of 9lbs.
