Ongoing Sitter Needed For My 8 Year Old Son

I am starting a new job soon and will need ongoing childcare for my 8-year-old son. This would include getting him from school. Most days it's over at 4:30 p.m. He is out at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays. I am in need of pick up and watching him until I get home. Some weeks I'll be back home by 6 p.m. give or take and there are days I'm out of town and will need someone to watch him overnight and get him to school the next day. I will be out of town overnight for about 60 nights out of the year although care won't be needed all 60 nights. I prefer someone to watch him in our home in downtown Cincinnati. He's pretty self sufficient so you're welcome to study/chill when he's doing his thing. Would come with light dinner/school lunch prep. He has a bagel or cereal in the morning that he can do himself.
