Part-time Nanny/Helper For 3 Sweet Kids In Cincinnati

I'm a SAHM that needs an extra set of hands some days, especially during tax season. The bulk of the hours would be January-April 3pm-9pm, and after tax season it would be 10 hours or less a week; basically giving me time to run errands, help if husband works late, or date night/sports nights. I'd love for this part-time nanny to come in this Oct.-Dec. to observe and get a feel for the kids, our routines and how they can best serve our family. This person will be working alongside of me and my hope is they can help take off some of the mental load: sees I'm making dinner and takes the kids elsewhere to play, or sees the laundry and gets it done, or cleans up the dinnertime mess while I do bedtime routines with kids. The kids love someone who is interactive, playful and kind. I need someone dependable, trustworthy, kind, and attentive.
