My wife and I are looking for a house manager role. Someone who can help with projects around the house, interface with contractors from time to time, be present when we are out of town overnight for our 13-year-old son, and take care of our pets on occasion (and when we are out of town. This will likely be part time, with heavier hours in the future and for seasons when we are traveling. Our son is homeschooled, so some very light support on that front would be nice tutoring wise, but not a primary requirement.
