Hello! We have 3-year-old twin boys and a newborn girl! We are looking for a kind and dependable nanny to help with a combination of newborn care during the day and morning and late afternoon routines with the boys before and after daycare. We can arrange so that you wouldn't have all three kids at the same time! As a two physician household, we are looking for someone who is reliable, kind, and fun with our kids :) The schedule can be discussed and we can plan for what works best for both of us - including number of hours guaranteed (was thinking something around 20-30 but if you're looking for full time we can make that work too!) Pay also negotiable based on experience - planning $20/hr. Guaranteed hours, PTO. Hoping for someone to stick with us long term!
