After School Care/Light Housework/Meal Preparation Needed For 2 Special Needs Children In Canton, OH

We need a babysitter for our 2 children in Canton. Our daughter (6) is special needs with physical and cognitive developmental delays. Her care requires diapering, very close supervision, learning her communication style, and some mobility aid/lifting will be required. She's mobile but needs help sometimes and cannot walk unassisted, and does have a wheelchair but it's rarely used indoors. She's also constantly finding and putting things into her mouth that don't belong, so hyper-vigilance is a must. My son (10) is ADHD and Autistic. He has trouble starting and finishing tasks and needs lots of reminders. For the most part he's pretty self sufficient but can be emotionally intense. We're looking for after school care while mom is working from home 9a-6p. Some light housekeeping is required. While rare, help with homework may be needed.
