About the job
Hi, I need help with my kids after school. I will be with the caregiver most of the time. My kids are neurodiverse (for example: the 7-year-old needs me to count to keep her on task when she changes her clothes for every item of clothes). From 3 till 5ish is after school transition time and some days everyone needs me at once (also have a 12-year-old who is independent but still needs me to help sometimes). Recently, I have found it too stressful to be the only adult around them at this transition time; things go so much better with another smiling helpful face! Sometimes I also need someone to drive the kids to various appointments or sports things; this could be the same person or a different person-it takes a village to raise a child!
