In-house Nanny/role Model Needed For My (almost) 5 Yr Old Daughter. (Start Date Flexible)

My daughter is high energy and really likes the focus to be on her. She is like me and can go 100 miles per hour all day. I work from home, so I struggle to balance work and keeping her occupied. I just need someone in home to play with her, do crafts and activities, read, teach her to read with the materials I provide, maybe make snacks or light meals, play outside. She is very loving, likes to sing and have dance parties, play dress up, do her nails. She loves to eat healthy food like veggies, fruits, steak and salmon, but she also loves her treats. She is a wonderful, free-thinking, sweet girl. I want someone who can help make sure she's ready for kindergarten. I have shared custody 50/50 with a changing schedule so I need someone patient enough to work with this organized chaos over here w/ a changing schedule.
