2 Kids, 1 Year Old Girl And 3 Year Old Boy. 2nd Shift Hours Needed!

I have 2 children ages 1 (girl) and 3 (boy). Applicant must be okay working with rambunctious children and have great patience. They can be pretty wild at times and part of that is because they haven't had a whole lot of time around other children. They mostly just get to play with their cousins. Our kids are our world, so we would want anyone who watches them to treat them like they are their own. We would also be looking for someone who can watch them from about noon to midnight as me and my fiancé would both be working 2nd shift hours. We also would like the applicant to have good communication skills, we are very protective of our children and would like to know where they are at all times. We prefer the kids to stay at the home of the applicant while we work but if they must leave with the kids for emergencies, all we ask is you text or call us to let us know what's going on. Applicant would also have to be a little flexible on hours, because our jobs sometimes require overtime and that might mean picking up a Friday occasionally but not often. Any other concerns or questions will be discussed after the applicant who best matches our needs shows interest in watching our little ones.
