Babysitter Needed For Special Needs Child In Brecksville

My oldest son, M, is 11 and has Down syndrome. I am looking for someone to help with him while our other children C (11) and E (7) have activities. There would be times you would watch them but mostly for M when he can't be at something-- his brother C plays baseball and M has a hard time staying the whole time as an example. I would love for someone to be able to be with M at our house when those kinds of things are happening. Looking for someone comfortable with someone with special needs who can adapt to behavior needs. Help with toileting also needed. Hours would very but be weekends and weeknights
