Wednesday Nanny For 2 Boys

We're looking for a nanny for Wednesdays during work hours for our 2 boys (6yo + 2yo). The 6yo will be in school most of the day and need picked up. I (mom) will be working from home but will be in my office. We are looking for someone who is intentional, relational, and can invest in our kid's development and remain engaged throughout the day. Our boys are extremely active and will need someone who is energetic. Communication is very important to us. We are very open and honest and create an environment where you can do the same. Being able to communicate with our boys in age appropriate ways is also important to us. We have an old, chill golden retriever that won't need anything. Light housecleaning to keep things picked up and lend a hand with dishes is extremely helpful.
