We had our first child in November, he is scheduled to go to daycare full-time starting in February, but the more we learn we would now prefer a nanny, or more of a one on one care situation when we return to work. I (the dad) work from home mostly with a pretty flexible schedule. My wife (mom) goes back to work full-time starting in February. Nothing is set in stone yet but may need care 2-3 days a week so we don't have to send our baby to daycare.
