Sitter For A 6 Month Old

The hours are actually flipped but it won’t let me change it. We work overnight so it would be 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sorry about the confusion. We are looking for a caring, and baby sitter for our now 6-month-old daughter while my boyfriend and I are at work. We are hoping to find someone who understands that a baby is learning and experiencing everything for the first time and is understanding and patient. This would be an overnight job as my boyfriend and I both work night shift. Pay reflects the fact that the baby will be asleep for most of time but is definitely up for discussion. I would love to find someone who will maintain the style of parenting we have chose. Our family includes my boyfriend and I, our 6-month-old daughter, 3 kitties, one small breed dog, and my goldfish
