Regular After School Sitter Needed For 5 Yo In Beachwood

I am helping with a childcare search for my daughter. She is a surgery resident working in Akron and living in Beachwood. She changes her rotation (type of surgery) every few months and this means her schedule changes often. But it is typical for her to return home somewhere between 6-8 p.m. She also needs help for some overnights and weekends on occasion - and sometimes snow or sick days. A has an extra room for overnights. We would have to negotiate pay for sleeping hours. My grandson is a smart, energetic, and imaginative5-year-old boy. He will need to be picked up from school and taking him either to home or to after school activities. The babysitter would be responsible to put away his school things, prepare his dinner, and get him ready for bed when mom returns on the later side ( he goes to bed at 7:30).
