Looking For An Experienced Nanny For An Active, Growing, And Sweet 8-month Old Baby

My husband and I are first time parents to a very active and happy, 8-month-old baby boy. He was born two months premature and was in the NICU for about three weeks before we finally took him home with us. Since then, we have been very hands-on in caring for our beautiful boy. As first time parents, and young working professionals, we have finally found ourselves at a point where, we are in need of extra hands to help with caring for our baby. I work full time and my work day starts very early at 4:30 a.m. My husband will soon transition to in-office work and his work day will start at 7-7:30 a.m. We are looking for someone who is experienced with caring for infants, someone who is patient and understanding of the developmental needs of an infant, and someone who will care for our precious boy like their own. We are a small family, and we like thinking of ourselves as a team, especially when caring for our child. Now, we are looking for someone who will fit well in our little team and help us by being there on days when we can't. It would be for four days a week and only during weekdays. Start time is fixed at 7:30 am, but duration of child care can vary, however, it won't be any later than 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities are solely focused on meeting the needs of and caring for our child (i. e. feeding, changing nappies, making bottles, washing bottles, cleaning up after his meals, folding his clothes, engaging with him during playtime, making sure he gets nap time during the day, and generally making sure that he is safe).
