Babysitter Needed For Special Needs Child In Avon

I am looking for a babysitter with a big heart to help my family. My son is 9 and has Autism and Adhd. He is very curious, anxious, smart, and likes to challenge limits, especially with new people. He has difficult behaviors and watching him is not for everyone. He needs a lot of supervision and one on one help to stay on task. He tends to fixate on negative topics and needs redirection and a positive influence. I am very overwhelmed trying to work full time and manage his care. A babysitter who could help in our home for a few hours would be ideal; particularly, someone with experience with behavioral issues. Over time, he does tend to settle into routines and become less challenging. It will take a special person to help him.
