The Nanny Connection, a local child care agency, is assisting a busy, dual physician family of four seeking a long term, full time Nanny for their playful 4 yr old and 18 mo old. Child(ren): 4 yr old and 18 mo old. Desired experience/qualities: Seeking a reliable and kind Nanny that has prior household management experience and is experienced caring for preschool and toddler aged children. Ideal nanny will be comfortable following and providing a routine with the children. Nanny should be able to incorporate age appropriate activities into the daily structure and work on age appropriate developmental milestones. Responsibilities: All aspects of child care, light housekeeping (dishes, picking up toys, children's laundry, cleaning out children's closet). Additional responsibilities include transportation if parents are not available, running errands, meal prep, family laundry, and home organization. Other adult in the home: Grandfather and Aunt visit frequently to spend time with the children Pets: None Start date: early to mid-March Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7a-5p, with some flexibility for potential evening or weekend days. Offered rate: $25-$27/hour before taxes, guaranteeing 40 hours per week. 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, 4 paid sick days and $100/mo health care stipend. Please note: In addition to our standard screening, this position comes with a nanny skills assessment and drug screen.
