About the job
We are a same sex couple with two kids (~4 yr old boy and 18-month-old girl). We are looking for a kind and easygoing person who can fit in with our family. My wife is a full-time stay at home mom, but she has medical issues that cause her to feel unwell occasionally without warning. So, we are looking for support with the kids / around the house (vs independently take care of the kids, etc). Looking for someone who can be flexible (take care of kids, do light housework, or help with meals, etc) depending on what's happening that day. We are hoping to get on a normal schedule, but we are still figuring out what timing works best. We have a pool, so it would be great if we could find someone who would be willing to go in the pool with the kids occasionally. Bonus points if you are willing to supervise fishing in a small pond out back too.
