my kids are very flexible. very energetic outgoing and articulated. there very smart and self organized they need propting here nad there but thats about it. there non violent in anyway we dont allow play fighting or joking to hurt each otheres feelings. there diet is very clean and fresh they can be very picky but understanding. and they love to try new and different things. no candy or soda at all under no circumstances.
