My wife and I are searching for our next great babysitter. We previously had an au pair who joined us when our twin girls were born, but she recently returned to her home country. We need someone who is punctual, creative, and structured to help manage our busy household. Reliable transportation is essential, as the role may involve driving our 8-year-old to activities on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Responsibilities also include preparing after-school meals during the week, helping two of our children off the bus in the afternoon, and picking up a third child later in the day.
