Nanny During The Week

I work and will be attending school again. I need help with mornings, after school (pick up drop off) and the baby would be in your care during the day. I only expect you to clean up after yourself and the kids a little, I meal prep and will have food you just need to heat up. Schedule will vary depending on my classes and the kids education and extra curricular activities. We love learning and having open discussions. It's important to us to keep open communication with our children and set proper boundaries. We hope as a team we can instill conservative values to our children. The kids love music and art, they love exploring everything and anything. Everything becomes a lesson in the most interesting way. It's beautiful to see how wondrous their minds are. My oldest needs help staying focused and being more mindful, my baby girl, she needs to work on her patience and perseverance, my youngest.... well he's a baby lol he has a lot to work on. Educationally both my oldest need to work on their penmanship. They both have different math skills and reading skills. Both skills are always going to be needing work.
