Nanny Needed For 2 Children In North Colonie

My wife and I are looking for applicants to fill an in-home nanny role for a newborn throughout the day, and then after kindergarten care for a second child when the bus drops off, prior to us returning from work around 5:30 p.m. Our newborn is due mid July, and my wife will be taking a few months off for maternity leave. We are considering in-home nanny services after my wife returns to work, with the full day services likely to last at least for the remainder of the first year of her life, and with after school daycare services to run at least the remainder of the school year. So for both services, they would last at least until July 2025. The ideal candidate would likely be someone who was a stay at home parent, now with grown kids, or someone who had retired from a career in child education or child care, but happy to consider all!
