Nanny For Our 9+ Month Old

Our current exceptional caregiver is expecting her first child and we are looking for a kind, loving, energetic caregiver in our home for our son who is 9 months old as of January 2025. We have a toddler who will be 3 in February, but he is in nursery school 5 days from 9am-1 p.m. I take my toddler to school every morning and my mom picks him up every day and feds our toddler and puts him down for a nap. Responsibilities for our 9-month-old include: preparing and feeding bottles, feeding the baby food, changing the babies clothes and diaper, cleaning up after the baby (toys, bottle, plates, etc.), going for walks, putting down for naps (rocking, soothing) and engaging play. We track the babies day on an app that is helpful for us to know what is fling on during the day. My husband and I work full time and we are not remote workers. We are not teachers and we do not have off for the school holidays or summer. We are looking for a long-term caregiver for our 9-month-old. Compassionate, kind and energetic. Our baby loves his walker and going on walks outside when the weather is nice! Our 9-month-old needs to be rocked to go to sleep for his naps. Easy going, flexible with the kids schedule, fun, happy and ready to play. We live in a neighborhood with ample parking infront of the house. Our family does not have pets. My mom has 2 small dogs that on occasion we watch if she is on vacation.
