Looking For A Nanny For My Two Sweet Boys!

I am looking for a Nanny that could help out during the week, Monday- Friday from 9am- 3 p.m. I have two sweet boys, ages 4 and 1. My 4-year-old has Autism (mild) and we are working towards determining if our little one does as well. Our 4-year-old goes to school MWF from 9:15- 12. He receives OT at home twice a week and a special education teacher goes into school with him twice a week as well. Ideally, we would like someone who can switch on and off with me (the mom) taking care of the boys. We would also love for the person to take either boy out to different activities when their schedule allows (story time, the museum, farms, etc). We would allow the nanny to use our car as long as she is comfortable with that. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping (tidying up, meal prep, wiping down the counters).
