Our ideal caregiver: I am looking for someone who has a flexible schedule and who isn't just doing this for the money but because they love to work/care for kids. I need someone I can trust and count on to not be late or call in last minute. Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car, and a non-smoker.
