I am a teacher in Canastota. My husband is a construction worker that is able to be home most days at 4. I do coach as a second job, which I will be starting mid March. I am looking for someone to help create some consistency with my daughters. I try to establish rules, routines, and expectations at home. But, they are not consistent enough with her current sitter to create a behavior change. I am conservative. I am looking for someone who shares similar beliefs as me because it affects how I want to raise my girls.
