Babysitter Needed For My Children

We are looking for someone to watch our 2children for a few hours on Saturday afternoons. My father in law lives with us, and is able to help out - he just isn't ready to watch the 18-month-old. My 6-year-old is very self sufficient and can go hang out with "Poppa". The 18-month-old is more challenging, he can be resistant to strangers. He is very strong willed, so I need someone who can handle him. He's adorable and funny, but he's a handful. We also have 2 cavapoos that would need to be let outside (fenced in home), they are very affectionate dogs, and we have a living room they are not allowed in, there is a gate (this is the main family room). I am hoping to meet someone who we could eventually call for other babysitting opportunities, as the only person who watches them (alone) is my mom.
