Nanny Needed For My Child In Utica.

Hello! I am currently expecting my first child, he is expected in June. I plan to take several months off from work, but beginning in September/October I will need child care for a 3-month-old. I need someone with a flexible schedule for weekdays. I work M-F 8-430. My husbands schedule varies and he will be off generally 2 weekdays (we would need less or no care those days) and my mother plans to take a day as well. The variability will be with my husbands schedule. Care location can be either my home or care givers home. In my home, I do have 3 dogs who are very kind but can be energetic.
