Responsibilities: - Caring for our 7-month-old daughter - Feed her and clean bottles - Change diapers - Put her down for naps - Communicates and coordinates with guardian(s) to understand and meet the child's specific needs and desires - Effectively interacts with child to work towards specific age-appropriate milestones via interactive, engaging, and stimulating activities - Light housework and tidying Must have: - 7-10 years of prior work experience with infants - Energetic, active, nurturing, calm, even keel, patient - Childcare experience (mom, teaching, healthcare) - Infant first aid & CPR certified - Creates a safe and nurturing environment - Daily report of childs activities - No screen time - Glowing references
