We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Troy. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke in the house at least and who is comfortable with pets. I work long ours and get 2 weeks out of the month start at 530 a.m. to 6 p.m.
