A busy family in Syracuse, NY is seeking an experienced and nurturing Live-Out Nanny or NCS who can provide full-day support right away for their 1. 5-year-old toddler as mom cares for newborn. Hoping to have help for 5 days per week, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 PM, for 6-8 weeks, with the possibility of extending to a long-term contract and supporting mom with newborn. They are hoping to find someone who is understanding and compassionate. Someone who is active and can be well-versed in toddler development, able to plan age-appropriate activities, maintain routines, and provide consistent structure throughout the day. A strong communicator who can collaborate with parents and jump in where needed. Must be fully vaccinated (TDAP, Flu, COVID) and have your own accommodations. Compensation: $30-$40/hr + (depending on experience)
