We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Syracuse. I am a full time EMT with a rotating schedule working 24 hour shifts. Looking for child care 1-2 days a week while I am working. Possible one weekend day. During the week child would need to either be taken to school and picked up or received to and from bus stop. Child can be dropped off at moms station for periods of time if nanny needs to run other errands
