We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for our 2-year-old daughter from our home in Syosset. The ideal candidate will prioritize her safety, development, and happiness while maintaining a structured and loving daily routine. Responsibilities include: - Providing attentive care and supervision at all times - plan and engage in age-appropriate activities - prepare and serve meals and snacks - maintain a tidy and organized play area and assist with light housekeeping related to her needs (washing her dishes, laundry 1x per week, tidying toys) - Follow the established daily schedule for naps, meals, playtime - Communicate openly with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns. - Be available for occasional schedule adjustments with advance notice, especially during extended working hours for parents.
