Job Description I currently run a Group Family Daycare out of LIC, Sunnyside Queens. We prepare our toddlers for life in Kindergarten. The few younger children in our care are cared for with basic needs such as feeding, diaper changing and vigorous exercise. Business is growing rapidly and I have found myself in need of Teaching Assistants or Childcare workers. The candidates that I am searching for are enthusiastic and proactive. Their responsibilities will include the following: Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care Help children keep good hygiene Change diapers of infants and toddlers Document needed information on daily report sheets to parents Take the creative lead in teaching toddlers day to day activities and lessons Follow schedule and routine's set by the director The ideal candidate will be intent on growth and take the initiative necessary to ensure quality childcare and manage day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
