Consistent Nannying/babysitting Schedule For Baby Girl In Stony Brook

We are first time parents, navigating going back to work. By the time our leave is up, our daughter will be 3 months old. We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy sitter to help watch our girl during the day, starting in the middle of July. Both my wife and I work from home most days, so there will always likely be one of us home. Because we're both home, there really is no need to do anything additional. We also have a1-year-old Bernedoodle who is very friendly and loves people. A successful candidate would be able to get to and from our home in Stony Brook, have experience caring for infants, and be comfortable with the dog. Schedule will be mostly consistent Mon-Fri, with some flex based on our work schedules. Any flex would be communicated the week prior, and ideally we can agree on a schedule together well in advance.
