Hi! I have 3 kiddos (6, 5 and 3) That I'm looking for regular childcare. Currently, my husband and I are starting new jobs at the same time. At the moment we need sitters for the day time for the next 3 weeks. Then we'll be moving to night shifts and need sitters overnight going forward. We'll know our schedules about a month in advance. I'm also looking for a more sporadic sitter for date nights/ back up. My 5-year-old has autism and is minimally verbal, but otherwise very sweet and not behavioral.
