Looking for Home Health Aid or Care worker who knows how to care for special needs teenage boy. He's 14yrs old non verbal and wheelchair bound. Diapering, feeding, bathing is involved. Lifting him (100lbs) from wheelchair to feeding chair, bed to couch. Meal prep, engaging and interacting socially, walks in park close to home. We have a wheelchair accessible van for transportation. Looking for someone who can be a big brother/best friend to our son. He is an amazing happy young man, just enjoys being around ppl and being included. Hiring is thru our Medicaid Waiver Program Children At Play. Hours are after school 2-8 p.m. Monday-Friday & an occasional weekend day/night. Salary is $22/25 per hr depending on experience.
