Flexible Babysitting Job (Day And/or Date Nights)

My family has an ever changing schedule as my husband works on call at the hospital at times, and his schedule changes daily, and I am mostly a stay at home mom with a very occasional need to go into the city for work (once or twice a month). We also need some help so I can run errands or do solo adventures with the babies. So the requests for childcare would be a bit random, with different dates & times. We would love someone who is available both during the day and on the occasional weekend date night as well. We have two boys (3. 5 & 2) and a little girl (8 months) who are very kind & loving. If you would like a job that is very flexible, and are playful & kind; you would be a perfect fit for us! We would love to find someone who we could welcome as a part of our family!
