I usually leave for work around 4:30 a.m. The care giver would have to arrive at that time. He or she would then have to feed the boys breakfast and get the youngest to the bus. The other two can get to the bus on their own. The care giver would have to come back at 2:45 p.m. to get the youngest off of the bus and bring him home. The other two can walk home from the bus stop by themselves. He or she would then have to wait with the boys until I get home from work. My schedule varies so some days I may not need them in the afternoon. Some days I may not get home until 6p.
