First time mom here, looking for a nanny/mother's helper for our 5-month-old son as I head back to work. Looking for help from around 9:30a - 5p on Mondays and Thursdays while mom is WFH and taking calls/meetings. Times can be flexible based on baby's nap schedule. Ideally looking for someone with experience and references, and who will play/interact with our sweet boy. He is a very good baby (we are so lucky)!
