**Skills Needed:** - **Caring and patient**: Able to provide loving care and comfort, especially during teething. - **Experienced with infants**: Familiar with infant needs and behaviors. - **Feeding**: Comfortable with bottle feeding and preparing formula or baby food. - **Nap time routines**: Can soothe and put the baby down for naps on schedule. - **Playful and engaging**: Can provide stimulating activities and tummy time to encourage development. - **Safety-focused**: Attentive to safety, especially as baby is crawling and becoming more mobile. - **First Aid/CPR certified**: Preferably trained in infant CPR and first aid.
