We are planning to have a third child, hopefully by next April to July. Currently, their grandmother takes care of our two children while my husband and I work full-time. I want to take the full-time burden off of her in the future. We would love to have someone able to take care of the kids when I am working from home which is three days one week, two days the next week. Sometimes this might be all three children, but usually it will only be two. However, I would compensate for all three because its not fair to the provider if we arent consistent with three every time. We are looking for someone that we can treat like one of our family and will feel welcomed with mine and my mothers home. We can also be flexible with time off and my mother will take over full-time those weeks.
