About the job
Single working remotely mom with two boys under 2 years old. My oldest, Noor, is turning 2 in June. He is sweet, attention seeking, a great reading companion, but a real boundary pusher. He likes the outdoors, books, music, but needs a little extra TLC, can be fussy, easy to upset / get frustrated. I struggle with him the most. Noah is sweet, cuddly, giggly, an "easy breezy" baby. He is turning 6 months in April. So it can be a challenge to "ping-pong" between the two of them. I need someone with a lot of experience with children, two under two can be fun but also can be stressful and demanding. I also have two dogs and a cat. Our house is loud, chaotic, but simultaneously clean, tidy, and organized. Big on fun / loving affection / nutrition / discipline and creating safe, achievable boundaries for Noor and soon Noah! Help!
