About the job
We are two professionals looking for a caregiver to take care of our two children, ages 5 and 7, over the summer. Our 5 year goes to a half day special education program at his school, so he will be with you half of the day. Our 5 yr old has autism (speech delay but social and friendly) so experience or understanding of special needs is a must. We have a pool here so experience with swimming safety, CPR, is also highly preferred. We would provide you with food, activities, and money to take the kids around to the park, ice cream, etc. We see a daily schedule look something like this: 7:30: Arrive, Parents leave for work. 8: Get 5 yr on bus 9-12: take 7 yr to pool, morning activities, play outside or relax at home 1: get 5 yr off bus, lunch 2-4: afternoon activities, go to park, go for walk, relax/play at home 4:30: parents return home
